Jennifer has been with Nissha Medical Technologies for 15 years. In her role she is responsible for external and internal marketing and communications including web, social, and print.

Jennifer received her BFA from the University at Buffalo and has been working in Marketing for over 20 years.

Michael has global responsibility for the Information Technology department at Nissha Medical Technologies. Michael joined NMT in 2020 with over 12 years of experience in IT focusing on the voice of the customer to drive success.

Michael received his B.A. in Business Administration and holds a MBA from State University of New York at Buffalo.

Adam has held the position of Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Nissha Medical Technologies since March of 2022. In this role, he has global responsibility for strategic procurement and inventory management activities throughout the company.

Adam has over 20 years of progressive Supply Chain experience in the Medical Device, Aerospace, and Automotive industries. He received his BA in Economics from DePauw University and his MBA from Western Michigan University.

Johannes was appointed as Managing Director - European Operations of Nissha Medical Technologies in 2022. Prior to this, he headed the BD of the CDMO Division of NMT in Europe and was responsible for the medical electrode manufacturing in Austria. Johannes has a strong entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of building high performance teams to grow operation and sales in highly regulated complex industries.

Johannes has a degree in Engineering from the Civil Engineering College Innsbruck, holds a Masters degree in Business Management from the Alpen Adria University Klagenfurt, and a Masters degree in TV & Film Production from the Danube University Krems, all Austria.

Marcel is Director Global Regulatory Compliance, a position he has held since June 2022.

In this role, he is leading and overseeing regulatory compliance and standardization efforts for both, our US and EU locations. Marcel is with NMT since more than 20 years and prior to his current role he held different positions in Design & Development, Technical Management and Quality & Regulatory Affairs. His focus is to combine customer needs with regulatory requirements to provide safe and reliable products to customers and society. Marcel has a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien, Austria.

Tom is the Director of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis and Reporting. Prior to joining Nissha Medical Technologies, Tom worked in Audit at Deloitte and later in Transaction Advisory Services (Mergers & Acquisitions) at Ernst & Young serving Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, Tom was a Director of Transaction Advisory Services at RSM advising middle market clients.

Tom received his BS in Accounting and Master of Finance degrees from Bentley University in Boston, and also studied at the London School of Economics. He is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and Minnesota.

In this role, Wendy is responsible for all customer facing activities across Nissha Medical Design & Manufacturing division globally. Wendy is passionate about providing superior service to our customers. Understanding the requirements of the medical industry along with being the voice of the customer enables success in a sustaining long-term strategic partnership.

With her over 25 years of medical manufacturing experience, most of those years dedicated to contract manufacturing she plays a valuable role in the Nissha Medical organization.

Mike has served as the Director of Corporate Finance since 2018. In this role, Mike works with the CFO and management team to provide financial support and insight into operations. In addition, he coordinates accounting policies and procedures with all NMT sites. Mike has over 25 years’ experience in Accounting, FP&A, and Cost Accounting, and has held Financial Management roles at CooperVision, ThermoFisher, and other organizations.

Mike received a B.S. from the State University of New York at Fredonia, and an MBA in Finance & Marketing from the University of Rochester.

With 8 years combined experience in various roles for the division, Matthew uses customer-input to make decisions to continuously increase the level of service provided by his team.

By using the voice of the customer, Matthew is passionate about his division’s ability to innovate to solve the current challenges in each of the above industries using Nissha’s variety of Core Technologies .

Leading our fast-growing Isometric Micro Molding company, Brent has been widely acknowledged over the past 25 years as a micro molding and materials industry expert, particularly in precision medical device and drug delivery platforms. His industry achievements include developing solutions for the thinnest micro catheter, leadless pacing, minimally invasive eye surgery, and micro drug eluting devices. Brent is a degreed Plastics Engineer with an MBA from Pittsburg State University.

An expert in the design, build, programming, and testing of micron accuracy micro automated assembly, John leads day-to-day operations efforts at Isometric. He has over 15 years of leading engineering and micro automation teams. He received his Manufacturing Engineer degree from the University of Wisconsin Stout and is also a Certified RJG Master Molder.

Nathan Freie has over 15 years of experience leading global teams and driving profitable growth through organizations. Nathan has a range of expertise across device therapies including orthopedics, pharma/drug delivery, neuromodulation, cardiovascular products, MIS, and RAS devices. In addition, Nathan has an extensive network within the Top 10 device OEMs, as well as mid-cap and start-up companies.

Having served in both technical operations and sales roles, Nathan has knowledge in a range of manufacturing processes including thermoplastic injection molding, silicone molding and extrusion, metal processing, PCBA, and complex device assembly. Nathan uses his technical aptitude in manufacturing, and his understanding of key business aspects, including P&L, to bridge gaps and find creative solutions to win new business.

Nathan holds an industrial engineering certification from Blackhawk Technical College, a Bachelor of Science in management from Upper Iowa University, and a dual emphasis MBA in management and international business from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.

Mike Springer works leads our Emerging Technologies team, which focuses on strategic initiatives positioning NMT for next gen medical devices as well as driving our design and development engagements that utilize our newest capabilities.

Mike has wide experience leading initiatives in areas of innovation, operations, and medical device design, development, and manufacturing. He has a range of experience in areas of endovascular, minimally invasive surgery, surgical navigation, robotics, and artificial intelligence. In addition, Mike has served in global operational program management roles in medical device industrialization and manufacturing. He has a broad and extensive network with early-stage start-ups, entrepreneurs and strategic OEMs.

Mike is a Graduate of Stanford Business School and received his Master’s of Science in Biomedical Engineering from University of Rochester. He holds his Program Management Professional Certification.
