Jessica has global responsibility for Quality and Regulatory departments and processes at Nissha Medical Technologies and believes that to be successful, quality culture needs to be emphasised from the top down and at every level. Jessica joined NMT in 2018 and prior to that held senior leadership roles in quality and regulatory in both biologics and medical device industries.

Jessica's primary focus is on Quality Management System and Regulatory process harmonisation throughout the organisation. Jessica leads strategic efforts to standardise quality and regulatory efforts globally to achieve efficient practices and ensure process and product compliance in all markets. Jessica holds a MS in Public Health - Health Systems Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
